POTM (Premier League) – February 2023

February saw yet more hectic action across all competitions, as football looks to make up for lost time from the World Cup period. Having seen FA Cup ties, 4 league clashes, European action at the League Cup final, it’s been non-stop this month and we’ve seen a lot of exciting football.

Marcus Rashford has continued his hot streak that began in January, as he bagged 7 goals and 2 assists across 8 games in the month. With United maintaining an unbeaten month, they secured a win over rivals Leeds in the league, continued in the FA Cup, beat Barcelona over 2 legs to progress in the Europa League and picked up the League Cup, beating Newcastle in the final at Wembley. Probably about as good of a month as anyone at United could have asked for, especially for Marcus Rashford.
