About
It is said that during a period of isolation, Shakespeare managed to write one of his most famous pieces of work ‘King Lear’, while Newton began formulating ideas of universal gravitation. However, during the lockdown period in 2020, I have decided to focus my attentions on something I know a bit more about… football.
While I am well aware that every man and his dog uses the internet to voice their opinion on the beautiful game, whether its arguments for/against VAR and 2mm offside decisions, through to big Dave tweeting with caps lock on that he would have scored that chance if he was in that position. This blog is (hopefully) going to be a bit more light-hearted, and discuss some positive aspects of the game.
I will happily admit that I am not a know-it-all expert in the sport and my knowledge of the Bolivian second division isn’t quite up to scratch, however this is my little way to get my football fix for the foreseeable future.
