POTM: PL (December 2025)

December 2025 brings to an end what has been a pretty hectic year of football, with plenty of ups and downs in the calendar year, especially in the start of the latest campaign, where even nearing the halfway stage, things are still undecided as many teams have hit good and bad patches so far. As a result, the players and teams who have hit their hot streak to end the year, will feel full of confidence as they reach the end of the calendar year in a strong run of form.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has proven himself to be one of the best signings of the summer so far, as his December efforts have seen Leeds United give themselves a real chance of survival despite the underwhelming start to the campaign. With 6 goals in his 5 appearances, Leeds are on an impressive run of results that has seen them take control in the relegation battle.
