POTM: Europe (September 2025)

September has been a bit of a busy month, with an international break leading back into domestic action, with European football and domestic cups also featuring across the continent. With so much football spread across the various competitions, it’s been a fairly tough choice for the POTM award, but one player has certainly stood out among the very best in the sport.
This months NextGoalWinner player of the month winner is a player who just hasn’t stopped scoring, and despite possibly being on the other side of his peak in his career, he’s breaking records in Europe for his constant scoring and dominant finishing while his club rack up an early lead at the top of their domestic table.
Harry Kane has not stopped scoring this season already, and while he has played 11 games in all competitions for club and country this season, he has only failed to score on 2 occasions, while this month saw him score 12 goals, set 1 up, and bag another hattrick across all competitions, while keeping Bayern unbeaten in all competitions including a strong start to the Champions League group stages.
