September 2026 has continued the strong start to the club season across Europe and despite the mid-month international break, we’ve still had some solid performances across the domestic and European clashes, making our POTM selection a tough choice from some of the top performers, but our selection is a player who simply cannot stop scoring.

Raphinha has had an incredible start to the season after scoring in his first 5 straight games, he had one blank for the month before hitting back-to-back hat-tricks leading Barcelona to a 100% start to the campaign while being the top scoring side across Europe at the start of the season.

September 6th: Valencia 0-5 Barcelona – Kicking off the month of September, Barcelona made a huge start as they continued their winning run, kept a clean sheet and Raphinha maintained his scoring streak as he bagged the 3rd of the 5 goals scored. Along with his goal, Raphinha also managed 100% shot accuracy, won 100% of his aerial duels and managed an 8.1/10 FotMob rating.

September 9th: Barcelona 5-1 Feyenoord – Starting up their Champions League campaign, Raphinha bagged a brace in the home win over Feyenoord, while he also created the joint-most chances (4), maintained 100% shot accuracy and 100% dribble success as he managed a 9.2/10 FotMob rating to start Barcelona’s quest for the Champions League.

September 13th: Levante 2-4 Barcelona – Although the win against Levante brought Raphinha’s only blank from scoring of the season so far, he still proved a crucial part of the win as he produced 2 assists, created the most chances and managed 100% cross accuracy as he earned a solid 8.7/10 FotMob rating even without finding the back of the net directly.

September 16th: Barcelona 7-2 Racing Santander – After his only blank of the season in the win against Levante, Raphinha more than made up for it as Barcelona hammered Racing Santander with Raphinha bagging a hat-trick and won a penalty in the win. Meanwhile, in his 69 minutes on the pitch he also managed 100% shot accuracy and produced a 9.7/10 FotMob rating for his performance.

September 19th: Sevilla 1-3 Barcelona – Rounding off their 100% month of performances, Raphinha brought up his goal tally to 9 goals in his 5 appearances as he bagged consecutive hat-tricks going into the international break. In his 77 minutes, he bagged 3 goals, maintained 100% dribble success, 100% cross accuracy and won 100% ground duels, earning a final 9.7/10 FotMob rating to round out the month.
